Selling my Yamaha Pacifica guitar

I am selling my Yamaha Pacifica Guitar on ebay right now hoping that I can earn some money for a camera. It is an off white color, 6 string, Strat style body. There is a little bit of use-wear on the body and the heat stock, but it is not the worst I have seen. Over all I really like this guitar and it plays extremely well! I am selling it for only $120.00 Send me a message if you are interested

Here is the link to the ebay page.

Moving out!

We are moving out! We have been living in my (Shane's) parents guest house for over a year now and have out grown it. We have had many good times here and made many good memories like; Ella being born in a birthing tub, or re-arraging the house countless time to feng shui it up, or changing the paint from a hideous peachy-orange to a nice sky blue. We have joked many times as people have given us hand-me-down baby stuff that, "If we get another toy for Ella we will have to get a new house!"
One factor in our choice to move is school location. I have been commuting to St George for over a year so  I could attend classes at Dixie State College. We thought about moving to St George, but we prayed and thought about our options and decided that I could transfer to SUU and be an Art major! (We love Cedar City a lot!)  It will be nice staying close to family, being within 2 miles of the school I am attending, and of course the fishing.
Having more room for our family will be such a blessing! I love to do art and music recordings, and it is very hard with only one room and a baby that is involved in everything I do. We are thankful to my (Shane's) parents for all they have done to help us as we get our family started.
The Adventures of Eguanaman and Mandella are only beginning, and we are so excited for the future!

Vacancy.com Scholarship

Hey y'all Shane here! I was looking at places to chill with my family in St. George Utah, and I found a wicked sweet place! This place has rent I can actually afford, a play ground for my little princess, and a weight room for me to work my guns! Manda is really excited about having a kitchen she can walk around in and a separate room for the baby. We are so crowded where we are now, and when we saw this we thought, "This is perfect for us!"
Check this amazing place out at the link below!

Vegas Trip!

It was almost a year ago when Shane bit into a carmel popcorn ball and chipped off the front part of his tooth.  We had to wait until he got his braces off and for another root canal before we could get a cap for it.  So that's why we went to Las Vegas today.  It was tough to get going this morning because we had to wake up at 5:15 A.M.  That didn't work out so well; we slept through the alarm for nine minutes before Shane woke up.
The whole thing at the dentist took forever.  Ella was really good for most of it, but the last 45 minutes or so she got really bored and I had to find a lot of new ways to entertain her.  It felt like it was never going to end.  I would see them doing something and think that it was close to being done, then 15 minutes later they were doing something that looked exactly like what they were doing before.
After the dentist we went to the mall in Henderson and me and Alesia, my mother-in-law, went and looked at all the cool stuff they had at Icings.  The whole time we were in there I kept thinking, "I want this so bad, but it is so expensive!".  So I'll see if I can make anything at home.
Shane and his dad, Robert, were getting very hungry so we girls had to cut our time at Icings short. :( .  From there we drove to Shane's grandparent's house and his great-grandparents came over too, so we were able to take a five generations picture for that side of the family.  Shane's grandmother also had our wedding quilt finished and we got to bring it home with us.  It is so beautiful, I will have to take a picture of it soon and get it posted for all to see.

All in all it was a pretty good day, I hope when we go down in two weeks for his crown it will be just as good.

Research Against Same-Sex Marriage

I was just looking around at different things online today and I happened to stumble across an article that talked about why same-sex marriage is not the best thing for society.  It is pretty interesting, here is the link if you want to read it.

Daycation at the aquatic center

A couple of weeks ago Shane just happened to be listening to a talk radio program when they were giving away two passes to the aquatic center, and by an awesome chance Shane guessed the correct answer and won the passes.  So we took a little daycation there last Friday and it was great!  We mainly swam in the lazy river and once the slide opened at 3 we went on that a few times as well.  We really loved it because the water was perfect for Ella who enjoyed her first swim very much.  One thing that was really cool was that they have an area by the pool where you can eat, but we brought our own lunch because their prices are ridiculous.  This Saturday mothers get in free so we are definitely going again.  Yay!

Ender in Exile

We just finished reading Ender in Exile last night and we loved it!  If anyone has read Ender's Game they need to read this one as well.  There were many times that I (Amanda) just had to stop reading so that I could laugh.  Of course I would then have to explain it to Shane because he usually plays Age of Empires while I read.  At least he catches on to most of it.  Now we'll move on to Speaker for the Dead.  Whoohoo!
